There are two Work Packages dedicated to planning and carrying out the consultation process (WP 1 and WP 2), there are two Work Packages dedicated to mobilisation, engagement and empowerment activities (WP 3 and WP 4) and three Work Packages which are cross cutting to the project (WP 5, WP 6 and WP 7).
