Second round of the Sea For Society consultation forums have started
The second round of the Sea For Society (SFS) project consultation forums are running from September to November 2013.

Nine European nations - France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden - representing specific maritime regions - the Baltic and North seas, the English Channel, the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean – are organizing national citizen/youth and key stakeholder consultations on the products and services that oceans offer to our daily life.

The first round of the Sea For Society consultation forums took place between May and July 2013. In the first round of consultations the majority of the scheduled Citizens/Youth consultations took place and only Spain and France have started their countries stakeholder consultations. The second round of the project consultation forums are running run from September to November 2013. In the second round of consultations there will be predominantly Stakeholder consultations (countries: France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Norway) a few Citizens/Youth consultations (countries: Spain and Norway).
