WP 7 is a cross cutting work package that connects all elements of Sea for Society Project and ensures the efficient management and coordination of the Consortium and the different WPs.
Objectives
To create and maintain coherence across Work Packages;
To select and support a Steering Committee, Scientific Advisory Panel and to liaise between these strategic groups as well as the Blue Society Expert Group (WP5), the Communication Task Force (WP6) and the Work Package leaders;
To allow for efficient internal communication across partner representatives;
To monitor & evaluate actual project activities against the MMLAP proposed, and redress problems and divergences if and when they arise;
To coordinate and complete the official EC periodic reports and financial statements in accordance with contractual obligations and deadlines.

This work packages is divided in 5 tasks:
